Tour of Findlay Market Kitchen Incubator and Social at Rhinegeist
Tour the newest addition to the Corporation for Findlay Market -- the Kitchen Incubator! In 2015, Findlay Market will launch The Kitchen at Findlay Market - an 8,000 square foot shared use commercial kitchen for local food entrepreneurs.
See the The Kitchen in its pre-construction state, then head to Rhinegeist for a brief presentation by Findlay Market's President and CEO, Joe Hansbauer, to hear more about the plans.
The tour will also make a quick stop at DIRT: A Modern Grocery, which Findlay Market is working on currently and will open this spring (between Eli's and Maverick).
Please note, The Kitchen opens in late 2015. Construction on the space is not yet underway. Tour attendees will see the space in its unfinished, pre-construction state.
Following Joe's presentation, tours of Rhinegeist's facility and their expansion plans will be available for attendees.
