ArtsWave's FREE arts festival is back. March 8: Spend the afternoon at Cincinnati Music Hall and enjoy self-guided tours of this beloved historic landmark, performances, face-painting, and hands-on arts activities for all ages. Programming will be offered throughout the entire building, from the Ballroom to Corbett Tower to Springer Auditorium. And who knows, you might even stumble across surprise programming or your favorite storybook character in the lobby and hallways! This open-house festival concludes with a 3pm special joint concert, "Fairytale Favorites," sponsored by Dewey's Pizza, featuring the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Opera, and the May Festival Chorus, and including selections from Hansel & Gretel, The Nutcracker, and even the witches from MacBeth. Kids of all ages are encouraged to come dressed as their own favorite fairytale or storybook characters!
