Light Up OTR is a community-based Holiday party hosted by Agar and PB&J. On Saturday, guests assemble in Washington Park at 6 p.m. to assemble over 1,000 luminaries, and then distribute them throughout OTR starting at 8 p.m. Once the candles are all lit, all guests are welcomed back for the lighting of the holiday Christmas tree in Washington Park and ensuing after-party.
