To purchase tickets in person:
Convenient 10-minute curbside parking available on Elm Street in front of Music Hall. There are no service charges for single tickets purchased in person.

To reduce physical contact between audiences and staff, we are currently asking ticket holders to use print-at-home or digital tickets that are emailed at time of purchase (Will Call and Mail are still available upon request).

COVID-19: We are committed to the health, safety and peace of mind of our audiences. Please review our current safety protocols and if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days or feel uncomfortable attending, please stay home and contact our Box Office for ticket options. We are happy to provide a solution that works best for you, including the option to exchange, donate or return your tickets. NOTE: We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on past performances.

Ticketholders from canceled 2020/21 season concerts had the option of donating their tickets back to the Orchestra for a tax credit or returning for a gift certificate, account credit (good through AUG 2022) or full refund. All tickets remaining on file after June 1, 2021 are considered a donation to the Orchestra and a tax receipt was mailed in August.  

Ticket Fees:
Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a $4/ticket service fee for mail delivery and a $5/ticket service fee to hold tickets at Will Call. Tickets can always be delivered electronically free of charge.

All performances at Music Hall are subject to a 3.5% facility fee for ongoing maintenance of historic Music Hall.

To ensure enough time for parking, passing through security, visiting concessions and enjoying Music Hall before your concert, we recommend arriving 45 minutes before the start of the performance if you need to purchase or pick up tickets at Will Call. To make your experience as quick and seamless as possible, we encourage purchasing in advance and choosing to have your tickets either delivered electronically or mailed prior to the performance.

Ticket Donations:
Please consider donating your unusable tickets back to the CSO. By donating your tickets, you'll receive a gift receipt for tax purposes and you will continue to support our ability to share music with the Cincinnati community.
