A day of fun & fitness at the Central Parkway Y.
Open to individuals and businesses to participate in a number of events including a mini indoor triathlon, 3-3 dodgeball, doubles racquetball, doubles handball and a high energy jam of group exercise sessions.
We'd love to have participation from individuals and businesses from OTR.
