Has 56 spaces reserved for transient parkers. Vehicular entrances/exits can be found on 12th and Jackson streets, and daily parking rates are in effect seven days per week. 10-59 minutes: $2,1 to 2 hrs: $5, 2 to 3 hrs: $7, 3 to 12 hrs: $10, 12 to 24 hrs: $12
Weekday evenings after 4pm: $5 flat rate (max 8 hours, after which normal Weekday or Weekend rates apply); Weekend (Saturday and Sunday): $5 flat rate (max 8 hours, after which normal Weekday or Weekend rates apply)
