Vendor Acceptance Policy:
Second Sunday on Main is a festival for Main Street businesses, artists, vendors, and other groups alike to showcase their work and connect to the community. Our vendors are important to the success and growth of our wonderful Main Street community. Due to the diverse attendance at each event, we ask that no political or religious organizations apply for vendor space. Final details regarding day-of set up will be emailed the week before of the Second Sunday event each month.
By submitting your registration form, you hereby agree to Second Sunday on Main’s vendor code of conduct listed below. You also agree to participate in all months for which you selected. If you cannot make it to an event, we ask that you do the following:
1) Notify SSOM via email at: secondsundayonmain@gmail.com
2) Find a replacement for your vendor slot
Set-Up Times are for all dates EXCEPT for OCTOBER (TBD):
Vendor Set-Up Time: 10:30 - 11:30 AM
Vendors may set up no earlier than 10 AM as the streets will not be closed yet. Cars must be unloaded and off the street by 11:30, no exceptions. The street will be closed to all vehicular traffic starting at 11:30. Vendors must be completely set up by the start of the festival at 12pm.

Vendor Spaces:
Open Market Spaces will be assigned to vendors on the morning of each event and are available on a first-come basis. Vendors cannot secure, mark or hold spaces prior to receiving their assigned spaces at 10:30 AM on the morning of each market. All markers and self-made reserved signs will be removed. *** Vendors may not set up in restricted areas marked with cones and spray chalk - Vendors who do not recognize these spaces will be asked to move***
We will be working with Main Street businesses to assist in programming their spaces and storefronts. SSOM will send an email out 2 weeks prior to each event to notify vendors of which store front spaces are off-limits due to business programming. We ask you respect our wonderful merchants space and choose locations that do not interfere with their respected spaces.
