Light Up OTR is a community-based Holiday party hosted by Agar and other community partners. Come to Washington Park for the lighting of the holiday Christmas tree in Washington Park. Awards for this year's winners of the 4th Annual OTR aGlow window decorating contest will also be announced. More details to come.
